Stripper Tips – A Strippers Diet Plan

Filed Under Stripper Tips | 24 Comments

I don’t know where you are starting at, but if you need to lose weight, a lot of the girls I know who work in the clubs follow these weight loss secrets.stripper-clothes-2

Stripper Diet Tip #1 – Measure Everything.
It is always a great idea to know where you are starting from.

So rather than weigh yourself, which really is not very accurate due to water retention and muscle weighing more than fat, it is a much better idea to measure yourself.

As you will be losing fat and gaining muscle you will be weighing more, but looking thinner

Stripper Diet Tip #2  - Have A Goal
Have a specific goal of how many inches you would like to lose and from where. Divide the overall goal into smaller goals and create rewards for yourself that you really want….make sure they are not food related.

Stripper Diet Tip #3-  What Too Eat & Drink
Drink at least 2 litres of water, avoid tea / coffee or fizzy drinks. If you need to flavour it squeeze lemon into it. It is a really great idea to squeeze lemon into warm water in the morning as it helps detox your liver

Rather than reduce the amount of food you eat, replace it with healthier and low fat options (although stay away from food labelled as low fat food as they are more fattening then normal). Low fat options could mean carrot sticks with hummus rather than chips as a snack. Stick to natural food that your body can digest and use easily.

Eat food that is alkalising. If you have never heard of this, let me explain. Our blood in our body has a PH. This is a measure of acid/alkalinity. The ideal PH is 7.3 which is slightly alkaline. Anything below 7 is acid and above 7 alkaline. When we eat junk food it creates acid in out body, because acid is damaging to our body and the organs, our body cleverly retains fat to protect the vital organs. This is why someone who hardly eats can retain fat.
You can get some great Vegetable drinks(green drinks) that help keep you alkaline with least amount of effort.

Grilled steakAnother reason that our body can retain fat even when less is eaten is because the body thinks it is going to starve so it starts conserving energy…so even if you are eating less, it uses less and your metabolism is slowed down.

You are now in a spiral with your body where even if you are eating the most tiniest amount your body has figured out a way to keep you going. The only way to get out of this is exercise more and start eating more but have it all natural. Your body will not think it is starving anymore and get back to burning up energy like it used to

Cut out as much sugar and saturated fat in your diet as possible. (I mean fried food, processed chips etc). If you have cravings for sweet things, chew gum or have some dried fruit – you really wont be able to eat that much of it and as it is natural your body will be able to digest it easier

Cut out whit bread, white rice, and potatoes. Replace them with rye bread, brown or wild rice and sweet potato or yams.

If you are a snacker like me, put tubs of cut carrots and other vegetables in the fridge so that they are ready when you have a snack craving. I love carrots and salsa dip.

Stripper Diet Tip #4 – Change Your Eating Habits
If you can try and have 5 small meals a day. It increases your metabolism and doesn’t make you crave for sugary things.

Try not to eat about 3 hours before going to sleep. This may be harder if you are working in a club and you come home starving. If that is the case make sure you plan a healthy meal/snack for yourself before you go to work, so that just out of convenience you will have it.

If you are a meat eater, try and stay away from red meat. Try and stick with grilled chicken, fish and loads of vegetables and salad.

It is a myth that all fat should be cut out. It is the saturated fat that should be cut out and not the essential fat found in things like, fish, avocados, seeds and nuts. In fact these fats help your body get rid of the bad fat in your body and help your brain function properly.

Stripper Diet Tip #5 – Get Enough Sleep
Make sure you sleep enough. It can be quite difficult in our profession to miss out on sleep as we sleep mostly during the day, and things are not as peaceful and quiet. Darken your room and make sure everyone knows not to disturb you. When you do not sleep enough, cortisol is released in your body and makes you crave junk food, and makes it virtually impossible to lose weight.

To also decrease the amount of cortisol, reduce the amount of stress in your life. Although stress cannot be reduced totally, you can reduce how much stress your body feels by your perception. So rather than see the world as stressful and annoying, focus on the great things in your life, like your heath, your friends and family etc you will feel like you are fine and not stressed all the time.

Ok girls, go get them!  Remember the strippertipsblog moto :

After reading your blog i have to say that it´s great the way you have learned how to improve yourself and all the tips and learning you share with us here. I am not planning to be a stripper but I was curious about what you have to say, i thought it would be something superficial but on the contrary you are well down to earth minded woman with lots of reading and knowledge on nutrition and health topics.

If there is someone with a word to say to woman is someone like you since your job is very delicate and depends on your looks…

    Thanks you very much.

Thank you so much for the Positive feedback, I really do apprecatiate the comments
Health and nutrition are very important for all women, its just that our job actually depends on it, so we have to take it really seriously. If anyone has great health advice please leave it below

what’s your advice on alcohol consumption while at work? keep up the great work! giving back is where it’s at!

  5. Mia Robbins on September 10th, 2009 10:30 pm

    Hi Shia,

Alcohol consuption is too easy at work. Some girls use alcohol as a way of getting confidence so that tehy can get the courage to talk to guys. I would definatly not recommend this as you need all your wits about you for working smart. Also some girls will drink to make thier night fun…just remember, you are there to work, and having fun is for the customer, not you. There are many problems with girls getting a drinking problem because it becomes a habit, which is hard to get out of. If you can I would not drink at all at work and try and stick to “fake” drinks so that your customers can relax and you can make sure you provide them with a good time
    Thank you Shia

I am probably not going to be a stripper although the pay sounds very tempting. But I am very impressed by your health comments also, & am curious about a few things… 1 What do you mean “fake drinks” & what about someone who doesn’t drink at all… in personal or work… Are drugs a problem… I would be so afraid someone would try & drug my water or something? You can tell I don’t get out & hear lots of horror stories. Are there jobs where you can take your top off or just have minimal wear & not exspose your cooty cat… LOL I can’t help it Im curious! I’m a single mom & Im just really looking to find a nice rich man & boost myself esteem & use my God given womanly figure a chance!

    Hi Just curious,

What I mean are non alcoholic drinks when I say fake drinks

And yes there can be drug problems, as with all nightclub environments you just have to be careful and always keep your drink in your view. That is why It is better not to drink

Also there are topless clubs where you do nothave to show anything else.

And you should give it ago, you never know wheat you really may enjoy and earn a good income

I love the advice. So helpful.I’m trying to get in shape so I try out but I have a suggestion on a entry.Maybe you can post an entry or two on exercise &what you do to keep to stay(if you do anything besides dancing)Thanks

  12. mia on November 20th, 2009 10:23 am

    Hi Hayley,

Thank you for the comment. I have written a comment in the stripper looks section that does talk about exercise, but the best balance is cardio exercise which is running, cycling and any aerobic exercise and weights which will build muscle. If you do a combination of these exercises together with a healthy diet you should bne able to get in shape.

I personally run for an hour 3-4 times a week, i do a boxercise class and do some free weights on differnt parts of my body 3 time a week as well as dome as many stomach exercises as I can, especially the plank.

Good luck and thanks for the post entry advice I will do that soon

    Hi LAuren 2020

If you wantto gain weight I wouldsee a nutrionist

They willbe able to tell you how to gain weight being healthier

I have often found that girls who are naturally skinnier gain weight when they increse their calorie intake by 2000 a day and weight train
You can o this easily by eating natural fattening things like nuts and avacado

But weight train to also allow your body to stay tomed

If you eat 200 calories you will gain weight

In some people it may be 2500 you have to try 2000 one week and then go to 2500 and see how your body reacts

Most girls envy you right now though!

  24. mia on March 1st, 2010 5:15 pm

    Hey Allison

    Thank you

I have to tell you I have not seen one girl without stretchmarks or cellulite

    It is very rare
    So do not worry

I use foundation and make up to cover it. Some girls use actors make up to do it

It is dark also which helps.

you need to see what it looks like when you are in the club
    Good luck
    Mia xx
