Stripper Tips – A Strippers Diet Plan
I don’t know where you are starting at, but if you need to lose weight, a lot of the girls I know who work in the clubs follow these weight loss secrets.
Stripper Diet Tip #1 – Measure Everything.
It is always a great idea to know where you are starting from.
So rather than weigh yourself, which really is not very accurate due to water retention and muscle weighing more than fat, it is a much better idea to measure yourself.
As you will be losing fat and gaining muscle you will be weighing more, but looking thinner
Stripper Diet Tip #2 - Have A Goal
Have a specific goal of how many inches you would like to lose and from where. Divide the overall goal into smaller goals and create rewards for yourself that you really want….make sure they are not food related.
Stripper Diet Tip #3- What Too Eat & Drink
Drink at least 2 litres of water, avoid tea / coffee or fizzy drinks. If you need to flavour it squeeze lemon into it. It is a really great idea to squeeze lemon into warm water in the morning as it helps detox your liver
Rather than reduce the amount of food you eat, replace it with healthier and low fat options (although stay away from food labelled as low fat food as they are more fattening then normal). Low fat options could mean carrot sticks with hummus rather than chips as a snack. Stick to natural food that your body can digest and use easily.
Eat food that is alkalising. If you have never heard of this, let me explain. Our blood in our body has a PH. This is a measure of acid/alkalinity. The ideal PH is 7.3 which is slightly alkaline. Anything below 7 is acid and above 7 alkaline. When we eat junk food it creates acid in out body, because acid is damaging to our body and the organs, our body cleverly retains fat to protect the vital organs. This is why someone who hardly eats can retain fat.
You can get some great Vegetable drinks(green drinks) that help keep you alkaline with least amount of effort.
Another reason that our body can retain fat even when less is eaten is because the body thinks it is going to starve so it starts conserving energy…so even if you are eating less, it uses less and your metabolism is slowed down.
You are now in a spiral with your body where even if you are eating the most tiniest amount your body has figured out a way to keep you going. The only way to get out of this is exercise more and start eating more but have it all natural. Your body will not think it is starving anymore and get back to burning up energy like it used to
Cut out as much sugar and saturated fat in your diet as possible. (I mean fried food, processed chips etc). If you have cravings for sweet things, chew gum or have some dried fruit – you really wont be able to eat that much of it and as it is natural your body will be able to digest it easier
Cut out whit bread, white rice, and potatoes. Replace them with rye bread, brown or wild rice and sweet potato or yams.
If you are a snacker like me, put tubs of cut carrots and other vegetables in the fridge so that they are ready when you have a snack craving. I love carrots and salsa dip.
Stripper Diet Tip #4 – Change Your Eating Habits
If you can try and have 5 small meals a day. It increases your metabolism and doesn’t make you crave for sugary things.
Try not to eat about 3 hours before going to sleep. This may be harder if you are working in a club and you come home starving. If that is the case make sure you plan a healthy meal/snack for yourself before you go to work, so that just out of convenience you will have it.
If you are a meat eater, try and stay away from red meat. Try and stick with grilled chicken, fish and loads of vegetables and salad.
It is a myth that all fat should be cut out. It is the saturated fat that should be cut out and not the essential fat found in things like, fish, avocados, seeds and nuts. In fact these fats help your body get rid of the bad fat in your body and help your brain function properly.
Stripper Diet Tip #5 – Get Enough Sleep
Make sure you sleep enough. It can be quite difficult in our profession to miss out on sleep as we sleep mostly during the day, and things are not as peaceful and quiet. Darken your room and make sure everyone knows not to disturb you. When you do not sleep enough, cortisol is released in your body and makes you crave junk food, and makes it virtually impossible to lose weight.
To also decrease the amount of cortisol, reduce the amount of stress in your life. Although stress cannot be reduced totally, you can reduce how much stress your body feels by your perception. So rather than see the world as stressful and annoying, focus on the great things in your life, like your heath, your friends and family etc you will feel like you are fine and not stressed all the time.
Ok girls, go get them! Remember the strippertipsblog moto :
“if you are willing to do for one year what others won’t, you can spend a lifetime doing what others can’t…”

After reading your blog i have to say that it´s great the way you have learned how to improve yourself and all the tips and learning you share with us here. I am not planning to be a stripper but I was curious about what you have to say, i thought it would be something superficial but on the contrary you are well down to earth minded woman with lots of reading and knowledge on nutrition and health topics.
If there is someone with a word to say to woman is someone like you since your job is very delicate and depends on your looks…
Thanks you very much.
Thank you so much for the Positive feedback, I really do apprecatiate the comments
Health and nutrition are very important for all women, its just that our job actually depends on it, so we have to take it really seriously. If anyone has great health advice please leave it below
Hugs
Mia
Hi, good post. I have been wondering about this issue,so thanks for posting. I’ll definitely be coming back to your site.
what’s your advice on alcohol consumption while at work? keep up the great work! giving back is where it’s at!
Hi Shia,
Alcohol consuption is too easy at work. Some girls use alcohol as a way of getting confidence so that tehy can get the courage to talk to guys. I would definatly not recommend this as you need all your wits about you for working smart. Also some girls will drink to make thier night fun…just remember, you are there to work, and having fun is for the customer, not you. There are many problems with girls getting a drinking problem because it becomes a habit, which is hard to get out of. If you can I would not drink at all at work and try and stick to “fake” drinks so that your customers can relax and you can make sure you provide them with a good time
Thank you Shia
Mia
I am probably not going to be a stripper although the pay sounds very tempting. But I am very impressed by your health comments also, & am curious about a few things… 1 What do you mean “fake drinks” & what about someone who doesn’t drink at all… in personal or work… Are drugs a problem… I would be so afraid someone would try & drug my water or something? You can tell I don’t get out & hear lots of horror stories. Are there jobs where you can take your top off or just have minimal wear & not exspose your cooty cat… LOL I can’t help it Im curious! I’m a single mom & Im just really looking to find a nice rich man & boost myself esteem & use my God given womanly figure a chance!
I am currently a dancer. Personal anecdotes as well as tips for beginners. Stripper Tips is fantastic.
Hi Just curious,
What I mean are non alcoholic drinks when I say fake drinks
And yes there can be drug problems, as with all nightclub environments you just have to be careful and always keep your drink in your view. That is why It is better not to drink
Also there are topless clubs where you do nothave to show anything else.
And you should give it ago, you never know wheat you really may enjoy and earn a good income
Mia xx
Hi! I am really skinny. No breast and no bottom. Can stick figures be strippers too?
Hi Skinnyjenny
Yes yes yes…there are many many girls at thye club who are just beautifully skinny….I am always jealous!! I have to work really hard.
Anyway you will find that there are guys who love Kate moss and really skinny girls so go for it
Good luck
Mia xx
I love the advice. So helpful.I’m trying to get in shape so I try out but I have a suggestion on a entry.Maybe you can post an entry or two on exercise &what you do to keep to stay(if you do anything besides dancing)Thanks
Hi Hayley,
Thank you for the comment. I have written a comment in the stripper looks section that does talk about exercise, but the best balance is cardio exercise which is running, cycling and any aerobic exercise and weights which will build muscle. If you do a combination of these exercises together with a healthy diet you should bne able to get in shape.
I personally run for an hour 3-4 times a week, i do a boxercise class and do some free weights on differnt parts of my body 3 time a week as well as dome as many stomach exercises as I can, especially the plank.
Good luck and thanks for the post entry advice I will do that soon
Mia xx
Thank You!Maybe I missed comment.Thank you so much for even taking the time to write back.I enjoy this blog. Can’t wait for the entry!
I just read through this entire blog. I was looking for ways to make myself sexy for my boyfriend. This blog was SO HELPFUL! Not only did it give extremely good tips on how to be sexy, it also helped me figure out what I need to do to look my best with diet and exercise. Thank you so much!
I was wondering how do you actually get into stripping?
Hi Missy Meek,
Thank you for your compliments x
And Miss tish, Read the post writeen about getting into stripping and that should tell you the basics. More detailed information about clubs can be learnt from Jessica
Is there an email address I could contact you at, I have a plethora of questions that I don’t feel comfortable leaving here.
Hey
I have been thinking about buying my own stippers pole for home so I could practise more often. Anways, would you know of some places/websites to buy them?
Thanks ~
Hi. Im skinny. I comfortable in my look. But I would like to gain a bit of weight and then to tone it. What could I do to gain the extra pounds? (Sweets and junk food does not help)
Hey love the blog.
Do dancers have cellulite or streatch marks?
If so how do they cover them up. I’ve just lost a lot of weight and am trying to perfect my body as much as possible.
Hi Ali,
I would like to give my email address to you but I feel that might invite some unwanted email to me, Just leave yoru questions anonomously
no one will know
Mia xx
Hi Kattie
That is a great idea!
To have a pole in the house is great for exercise and practice.
I bought mine from here

Hi LAuren 2020
If you wantto gain weight I wouldsee a nutrionist
They willbe able to tell you how to gain weight being healthier
I have often found that girls who are naturally skinnier gain weight when they increse their calorie intake by 2000 a day and weight train
You can o this easily by eating natural fattening things like nuts and avacado
But weight train to also allow your body to stay tomed
If you eat 200 calories you will gain weight
In some people it may be 2500 you have to try 2000 one week and then go to 2500 and see how your body reacts
Most girls envy you right now though!
Mia xx
Hey Allison
Thank you
I have to tell you I have not seen one girl without stretchmarks or cellulite
It is very rare
So do not worry
I use foundation and make up to cover it. Some girls use actors make up to do it
It is dark also which helps.
you need to see what it looks like when you are in the club
Good luck
Mia xx
hey, great advice here! I’m currently pregnant (4 months) and am looking to get a body like a stripper after i have given birth. do you know girls who have had babies that you work with and if so how did they look afterwords when they came back to work?
Hi Kat,
I have girls working with me who have given birth to 3 children and have a better stomach then mine…and I have no children…
So the answer is if you diet and exercise and put on cream to decresse strect marks you will get back to normal very quickly
And these girls look fantastic..you could never tell they have had any children
Mia xx
Hey Mia,
So far I’m loving this site!! You are very knowledgeable, which totally took me aback in the best way! I plan to audition in about 2-3 weeks, I just want to ‘tweak’ a little bit. I have a dance background and an athletic build, small boobs… Any tips for the actual audition? Oh, stripper name vs. real name?? Thx!!!!
Hey Mia,
You blog is so great because it puts things so simply. You are inspiring me to be healthier.
hi! i want to be a dancer when i turn 18 in a year and a half but i’m a little big. how small do you have to be to be a dancer?
Hi K,
You sound like you have a really nice figure.
The audition will probably be dancing and stripping on stage to a song.
They just want to see that you can move. Most clubs do not expect you to know pole dancing but will expect you to look sexy and move using the pole. Which you can easily do.
the best thing to do is ring your club that youa re planning to audition in and ask what the procedure is. They will tell you and tell you when is a good time. get a dress Like seen in discount stripper above, some heels and a thong if allowed ( ask when you call) and just practice taking it off seductively. And practice wearing your heels before the audition
You will be fine as you have a dance background and will look great
Always use a stripper name to protect your identity with customer
good luck
Mia xx
Good l
Thank you Anonomous, I am glad you want to be healthier
Mia xx
Hi Wanna dance,
You do not have to be small to dance, just well toned and not be flabby.
When you go into a strip club , you will see girls of all different sizes, so you will see that you do not have to be small
Just work out and your body will tone up and cut out fatty foods.
Good luck
Mia xx
Hi I just love all of your advice!!!
I am really thinking about stripping I heard the women(dancers) could be very catty at the clubs do you have any advice on first night dancing and how to act with the girls.
Hi College Cutie
Thank you for the compliment
Great question!
Yes they can be catty, it depends on club to club.
Because there is a competitive environment in the club where everyone is competing for customers and money, every girl is in direct competition with the other girls. It can create quite a lot of pressure!
Some clubs have a lot less pressure and cattiness
Do not let that put you off however, as you can make great friends in a club. Underlyingly, these girls are normal usual girls who are just in a sales environment.
In the first week of working, I would just observe and keep yourself to yourself. Also do not go out of your way to be overly friendly as that can be contrued as being manipulative.
I am sure that because you are thinking about this, you will do well
Good luck
Mia xx
What’s wrong with coffee and tea?
hey mia!!
love love LOVE ur site n suggestions. so informative and helpful.. i have 3 friends that are strippers, and i SOOO ENVY them. so independent, in control of theyre life, and are able to but what they want.. living life like a rockstar.
couple of questions..
i want to dance but im a bit shy because i have a HUGE scar on my belly. when i was born i had a hole on my tummy and the doctors stitched me up leaving a scar and it hinders me from dancing..
also, i have a boyfriend.. and he doesnt mind me dancing, because he understands that its what i wanna do and and we need to make ends meet .. but i know deep inside he doent want me to.. any suggestions, experiences??
mahalo and aloha
fehren
Hi Jolie
There is nothing wrong with tea and coffee apart from they contain caffiene and caffiene dehydrates you and is not good for weel being overall…althoughyou have to have some pleasures right?
Mia xx
Aloha Fehren,
Thank you for the compliments, appreciate it cause it does take work.
Do not worry about the scar, girls have all sorts of different marks and things, it could become a talking poit, or you could cover it with make up or it may not even show up badly in the dark, I say just go for it and you will suprise yourself.
In terms of your boyfriend, No this can get tricky. Your boyfriend may say he is ok with it, but you will only truly know when you start. Then you will have to make sure youdo not say anything that could make him feel insecure in any way. You will alo have to make extra sure that you do more things to make him feel secure and loved by you, and that what you do is only a job like an actress and that you see actresses in films act like they do and then go home and be the real you when youa re with him. You need to make sure he understands that and can cope with that, so that will make him understand more. If he can take that then you have a really good chance of doing it and not getting in the way of your relationship, if not then you may jeopordize it. You have to think carefuly about this as it could happen. It all depends on how much trust you have in each other and how he will percieve you after. You can do a lot to change this by what you say to him and how you act
I wish you luck and come back and tell us what you decide
Good luck
Mia xx

My question are kinda dumb though. Do u have to be in really good shape to strip? N also do u ever sweat when your dancing? Thanks!
hey nikki
They are not dumb
Yes we all perspire…remember women do not sweat
You do have to be in good shape in terms of you are on your feet all shift long, I am sure you will be great, just start
I hope that helps
Mia xx
Thanks Mia! That does help!:) I hope I dnt mess up or lose my confidence cuz I do need the extra money for my bills n so I can go back to school. Your tips rock by the way.
Thanks Nikki
Come back and tell us about your new work, ok?
Good luck
Mia xx
Hey I got the job!!!!!!!!! I walked in and the manger actually approached me n then I told him I wanted to audition so yea=) He did say I need to tone up a lil especially n the middle area after I danced.. But in the club most of the girls had a big butt n I did feel a lil intimidated cuz it sucks but I dnt have a huge butt.. Do u think that is going to effect how much I make? N how do u stay looking fresh after working so many hours? I’m nervous to go back tonight. Thanks again!
Congrats Nikki!
Don’t worry about the butt, making money depends on your sales skills.Jessica can help with that. And you will tone up as you dance, just stay off carbs for a few days and you will find yourslef slimmer
And looking fresh, that just happens as you get used to it
You will be great
good luck

Hi Mia,
I just want to say I love your blog! Its so informative and really tells it how it is. I operate a gentlemen’s revue bar in NZ and I’m always trying to give my girls tips of the trade and how to be the ‘ultimate stripper’ (my words for tips and trade secrets for being the best possible dancer and money maker)… So after our staff meeting today and the girls asking me once again and how to hustle well I thought I would google it!! Thats how I stumbled upon your blog…
I will now send them your link and pass on some of your advise..advise is always good coming from someone other than me..sometimes its sinks in a lil better.
Keep up the awesome blogs xx
Hi Jacqui
Thank you so much. That is great how you care so muh about your girls. They are lucky to have you
If I can make a suggestion? If you want your girls to become the ultimate stripper I would really tell them to invest in jessica Simmonds teaching and coaching. She walks the talk and gets results. I learnt from her and my earnings increased substantially
I wish I worked at your club, maybe when I come to NZ?
Thanks so much
Mia xx
Hi there,
I’m loving this website and, like many others, stumbled upon it through Google…Thank you for putting the reality of dancing out there.
I’ve been dancing part time for three years in North Carolina (this year would start four). I’ve had my ups and downs but though my body is in good shape I fear my age is going to hinder me soon…I turn 29 this year and though I look a few years younger (according to drunk customers lol) I hate saying my age but have been honest too long to start lying about it…
Any advice? I’d love to hear how late in the age game everyone else continued to dance, or any fountain of youth secrets
I stick with water, exercise, and get as much sleep as I can, when I can…
Hi Karrin,
Thank you – I really appreciate that
In terms of your age, if you feel you cannot lie to your regulars then you don’t need to.Most customers who see you regualrly will appreciate your honesty as well as a more mature mind that they can relate with as well as find hot. You can combine this into a lethal combination.
I personally change my age dependant on the customer although I have been 23 for a very very long time lol
. YOu can be mystical and say how old do you think I am? and when they say an age you can either agree or say a number close. That way you can create a fantasy experience that the customer has which is why he chose you
In terms of staying young, in the dark we all look younger and I am sure you do too. You are doing the right steps to looking younger, and if you really want to know about staying younger following an alkaline diet as well as detoxing every year is what have found to keep younger as well as not drinking alcohol regularly.
If you want me to send you information about the diet I use I can or you can just look it up
COme back and tell us your progress, it is great having input from other dancers
Mia xx
Mia,
Thanks for your wonderfully quick response. Yes, I would love o know the diet protocol you follow…I have researched the internet on how to alkalize body p.h. for almost a year now and have found sound advice, but not a straight plan that works! I’d love it if you emailed me at the above address with your version.
Once again, thank you for the sound advice and encouragement. Coming from another dancer I feel I can really take it to heart.
I look forward to hearing from you soon and I start back at my home club in six weeks and will update you on my progress
Take Care!
Karrin
hey i’ve started to do carmen electra’s striptease series as well as flirty girl fitness, running, and pilates. i eat around 1500-1700 calories a day of mostly whole grains, lean meats, and veggies(LOTS of veggies!). i am 12 weeks postpartum(yes i asked that other question when i was 4 months pregnant) and so far i have gone from 180 pounds right after birth to 152 pounds at the moment. i am 5′2″ and a 34F-28-38 and a size 6. my boobs luckily aren’t getting any smaller as i lose the weight(and i’m not breastfeeding so it’s not lactation) so i’m hoping to be a 32F-25-36 and a size 3/4 by the time a reach my goal of 125-130 pounds. I am also using celtrixa on my stretchmarks(i got terrible ones and it works amazing) and spend time every night on my skin, hair, nails, and feet. what else can you suggest for me to do as well and how long might it take me to get to my goal if i keep up with this? on an average day a work off about 550 calories on top of any regular activity i do with my job or cleaning the house(i am a promo model at the moment). what else might i do to get a stripper body and how long would be a realistic length of time for my goal?
What types of exercises do you do?
what about “thick” girls? i have an ass which causes me to have to buy bigger jeans so i would say im a 28. im 5′2, definately wouldnt say im fat though im not thin either. do you see a lot of girls my build?
Hi Mia!
Love your site, it’s so informative. I have a question, I want to dance someday and I’ve been taking pole dancing classes to get more comfortable. I think I’m almost ready! The only thing is I wish I was a little thicker with a much bigger butt to match my already big boobs lol! Any advice on how to attain that??
Thanks
signed hopefully your future coworker
Hi Karrin
Did you get my email? I sent you my alkaline diet sheet
I hope you got it…how is work going?
Mia xx
Hi Kat, You are doing brilliant, You are probably at your target weight now…are you?
I would say if there is anything more you can do its just toning with weights to just give you definition.
Also I love the cream for the stretchmarks
Thanks so much
Mia xx
Hi Blane
I do running , weights and bikram yoga. I also walk a lot. As much as I can
Mia xx
Hi Sydney
there are girls of all sizes and this is what you will realise. As long as you are toned you will be great
Mia xx
Hi futurepolegirl
If you want a thicker ass, the best exercises I have found a squats with weights. This will build your muscles around that area and give you a more thicker look in that area
Good Luck
Mia x
Hi Mia
I want to try dancing but I have a gut.. I’m not really fat though.. I’m 5 ft 6in and I weigh 140.. Do you have any tips to loose my gut.. Also I have a ok butt but its not round and toned.. Do u have any tips on that? It would help a lot.. Thanks
hey, mia! i’m not going to be a pole girl, but i really appreciate your advice nonetheless. i’m wondering; are there any workouts you use for flattening the trunk area? i have a small waist and bust but a bigger ass, and i would love to have the body of a lean dancer c:
Hey, mia. what would be the best way to cover a mole or birth mark with? and what do strippers use to avoid razor burn and how do they smell so good and make there skin soo soft.
Hi mia,
I have a relatively small bust (b-cup) and although this alone wouldn’t really bother me my rib cage sticks really far out to the point that if I have a tight top on it looks like I have four boobs!! Now saying I can’t change my rib cage and the only way to really improve the situation would be a boob job for bigger boobs which i wouldn’t be able to afford at the moment Is this gonna put me at a disadvantage dancing – if id be able to at all!!!
Thank you,
Sophie
Xx
Hi Mia,
I just have a few questions. I am a bigger girl I am 5,5 and weigh 160 but I am big boned and I have 38DD boobs so I do not look as big as I feel . LOL I am really interested in getting in to the dancing business bit I am very hesitant. I am working on getting fit but I just cant seem to find a diet that I can stick with… and what are a few excercise you suggest and also possibly a good diet plan..well not a diet plan just a healthier way of eating. Should I be discourage because I am a bit bigger?? Thank you so much for your opinions…also how do you decide your stage name?
I just want to say that I absolutely love the site its fantastic!!!
*Samantha*
Hi Mia, do you know any good clubs to work at in Los Angeles.
Hi Mia
I always thought about stripping part time while I’m in school but the only thing I have a problem with is my shyness and I don’t know if I have that right body shape…..I don’t want to embarrass myself……what should I do…do you think I can do it?
Hi! Wonderful article and it’s very easy to follow. I wanted to know something– i drink a lot of coffee, soda and such i can cut out, but coffee is something that literally makes my day what it can be–starts it up and such. It’s horrible to say since i’m sure i can kick the habit, but is there a substitute? can i still have my coffee on a regular morning to start off my day?
Thanks!
Hey…
ok where do i start…
Well i have been really thinking lately about stripping/Dancing
i do have dancing exp.. Not in this sense but used to street dance and other styles.. But i love to dance!!! same worries as alot of the other girls on here have asked really?? is my body good enough.. will i dance good enough… blah blah.. im about 5-6 height my weight fluct from like 9, 9 half stone.. medium size boobs.. Really long slim legs!! but im fair skin quite pale actually argggggg!!! lol and most importantly i just really dont know where to start!!! any advice would be great thanks xx
hello i love these tips i am currently looking to become a dancer myself but after having 3 kids i have a bit of weight to lose and am currently on a juice diet this works great to shed those nasty pounds at about a pound a day but you are still getting what your body needs from the juice it also detoxes the body from harmful substances such as caffiene. what i am wondering is i am in a small town and the strip club in town is a bit drab and run down looking i am wondering if buissness may be slow in a place like this
I love this blog. Being a dancer would be my ultimate dream job but alas the reality of my weight is an issue. I’m around 240 (5′7″) right now and have lately been really focusing on losing the weight. It’s a huge goal but I really would like to be a dancer. I fear if I ever reach a good weight I’ll be too old (I’m 26 now.)
Hey =)
I wanna be a stripper but before I audition I wanna work on toning my butt any exercise suggestions?! And I’m tall with 5′9 so can I still wear 5 inch heels or more?!
Ps: this blog is soooo helpful thanx soooo much for doing it!
