this is a post one of our male readers sent in, I thought it might be helpful, a customer’s point of view:

1) never approach a guy from behind. He wants to get a good look at you and fantasize a bit before he decides he likes you or not.

2) don’t rush a guy as soon as he arrives. He wants to look around and get the layout of the place, figure out the best place to sit, see what the girls look like, see if his favorites are there that night, have a drink first, maybe order something to eat and enjoy the stage show first, …

3) just because he rejects you the first time, don’t forget to stop by later. He might not have been ready yet or he realized he might like you afterall. He might have been waiting for the hot girl who was there last time or his first choice is fully occupied.

4) circulate. Don’t hang out in a corner with one guy or your girlfriends. There could be some guy waiting for you with a lot of cash but you disappeared. If there’s a bar hang out there awhile. At least every half hour just walk around in every section of the club. Walk slowly enough so a potential customer can get your attention. Just smile and make eye contact with everybody. If he likes you you’ll get some response, if not don’t hassle him.

5) if a new guy wants some dances don’t keep putting him off because all your regulars are wanting their dances. He could be a new regular. Give him a couple of dances early on at least.

6) stage dances are good advertisement for private dances. Since a tipper is already interested ask him if you should stop by his table after you get off stage.

7) don’t sit down with a customer unless they ask you. They could be waiting for the girl right behind you. (if there’s any fee involved with sitting at your table you should mention it upfront instead of presenting a big bill later like unsavory places do).

with some DJs it’s hard to know when one song ends and the next begins so the dancer should inform the customer frequently about how many dances were performed. Maybe collect the money after every 5 dances to make sure he can pay up. Guys don’t like it when the girl says she danced twice as many dances as he thought. Things could get ugly. The good girls ask after every dance whether they should continue.

9) if a club has a basic price for a dance don’t tell a guy that you charge more than the going rate. Guys go there for fun, they don’t like to get ripped off and that spoils the mood. Don’t ask for a tip above and beyond the normal price after a dance is over. If you were any good and they liked you they’ll ask for more dances.

10) it’s easy to get another dance from a guy by heating things up towards the end of a song. He won’t want to stop at that point.

11) guys have different tastes in girls. He might be in a mood for blonds instead of brunettes that night. He might prefer naturals instead of silicone(bowling balls aren’t sexy, a little natural bounce is sexy). He might prefer small or big butts. Don’t take it personally if he doesn’t want your company. He’s trying to fulfill his fantasies afterall.

The single most common mistake that most of us make in an initial
conversation with our customer is worry about how we are coming across.

If you can’t focus on the man in front of you because you’re desperately trying to think about what you should say next, or you’re trying to shift how you stand so that you look sexy rather than slouchy, then he’s going to pick up on your tension and translate that into feeling uncomfortable around you.
Thinking about how nervous you are will only intensify it, so a better solution is to forget about how you’re coming across and focus your mental energy on him.

You’re talking to this customer to see if you’d be interested in getting to know him better and therefore he will feel he needs to impress you. so find out more about him!

Ask him questions; observe his body language. You’ll enjoy the conversation more when you’re not worried about what you have to say next or whether what you just said sounded stupid or whether you are closing the sale.

Concentrate for the first few minutes on him and then decide whether he is a viable candidate
One inappropriate response to nervousness is to drink more. Although one or two glasses of wine may make you feel more relaxed, any more will impair your social ability (though you’ll be too drunk to notice it).

Stay sober and use other means to relax.
Many people find that focusing on their breathing is a fantastic way to clear and calm the mind. Try focusing on the feeling of the air rushing into your lungs, the way your chest expands, and letting the air out in a slow, controlled way.
Another fantastic technique is to imagine that you already know the person in front of you and that he is going to give you a lot of money, so that all the awkwardness and tension is gone. So much of the tension we experience around the customer is caused by our fear that he won’t like us and therefore we wont make money from him.

What if, in our minds, he already did? All the vibrancy, joy, and warmth of our true personality shine through when we’re in the company of our friends. Let it shine on him. So imagine when you are talking to him that he really likes you and he will spend lots of money on you.

When you do this you will relax around the customer and you will make more money.

Hey everyone, my name is Mia and a big welcome to my site.

There is a lot of misconceptions about strippers. The aim of this site is to share stripper tips or sometimes called exotic dancer tips to get you there into the stripping industry and start earning faster.

Personally I find stripping is very empowering and gives me a great deal of freedom, control and independence. I can afford to live a great life and its all because I earn a good living and enjoy my job. I have never felt exploited in any way at all.

This is just my opinion. When I first started I was a total newbie, I didn’t know anyone in the industry, I just learned as I went along through many ups and downs, hit and miss, trial and error kind of thing. This took time and a whole load of effort. I never had a mentor, and there was little to no information on stripping when I got started.

Stripping is not for everyone but it is a business just like everything else. I have set up this site because I feel its my time to give something back to girls struggling to make an income from stripping just like I did when I first started.

Life always gives you choices and never become a stripper because you feel you must. If you enjoy it it will show and you will be more successful at it. For me I enjoy the whole environment, interesting people I meet, counting my money at the end of the night, the girls I work with, the luxuries I can now afford.

One of the questions I get asked the most is am I able to hold down a normal relationship. As an experienced stripper many girls I have worked with have stable boyfriends and earn a good living . If you follow the stripper tips on this site, you can making a decent living at stripping, this involves many things from the obvious like being physically fit and looks but also many other skills like communication, sales, body language etc.

The first of many stripper tips I can give is that you must learn to manage yourself, think about what you want out of life, get to work on time and always remember my moto:

“if you are willing to do for one year what others won’t, you can spend a lifetime doing what others can’t…”

Stripper School learned in the clubs
When I first started I was a complete newbie. I didn’t now anything and was about as green as anyone can get. The good thing is you can learn quickly and also make money quickly but only if you follow the tips me and my girlfriends share with you. Everything I learned was in the clubs through my own experience. When I first started there was very little to no information, today however there are some great tutors and resources which are an invaluable asset to any girl.

With the stripper tips me and my girlfriends have learned through lots of experience and are sharing on this site, you too can learn quickly and easily. Feel free to look around, get involved by leaving comments.

Always place your safety first. If you follow the safety tips on this site you have nothing to worry about. Remember we have been working in this industry with no problems at all. The following are some saftery tips whilst in the club.

Stripper Safety Tip 1 – Watch your alcohol
Make sure you do not drink so much that you are not on the ball. I have seen countless girls lose their money, tell c ustomer things they shouldn’t of and behave in a way that gets them fired, all cause they had drunk too much

Stripper Safety Tip 2 – Keep it business
Make sure you do not give your real information to the customers, girls who work in the club, and anyone else who works in the club. You don’t know these people and cannot trust them. Most people are nice, but you will not know who they are, especially if you have just started. So just be aware….some people have their own agenda Make sure you have a set of fake information ready, a persona that you have made up and feel comfortable with so that when a customer asks you anything personal the fake details will roll off your tongue

Stripper Safety Tip 3 – Keep Alert
Make sure you NEVER leave your drink unattended, even for a split second….it only takes seconds to slip something into it. If you have lost track of where the drink has been, just get a new one…just say to the customer…”I really feel like a new flavour, shall we both have xxxxxx?”

Stripper Safety Tip 4 – Stay Within Your Comfort Limits
Don’t let customers do anything to you that will make you feel uncomfortable even if you are desperate for money. It may make you more money in that instant, but Trust me in the long run, it will decrease your self image and your morale and will ultimately make you feel bad about working there and will lead to less money later…..just remember…tomorrow is another night and there will always be another customer.

Stripper Safety Tip 5 – Keep In Control
Don’t let customers break the rules in the clubs e.g. take drugs etc. If they get caught you will be held responsible even if you haven’t done anything ……because you should know better its your responsibility to protect the clubs permit.

Stripper Safety Tip 6 – Protect Your Valuables
Make sure you keep hold of your money and valuables at all times. Sometimes even lockers are not very safe. Do not just leave things even or a minute, and try not to bring anything into wok that has your real details, just in case somebody does get hold of them

Stripper Safety Tip 7 - Keep Your Feet On The Ground
Don’t get caught up with “too good to be true” offers. You know the ones where they will marry you and take you away to live on their private island. Usually it is just their drink and ego talking, but there are people who will try and lure you into all sorts of seedy situations, so be careful.

Stripper Safety Tip 8 – Under Promise & Over Deliver
No matter how desperate you are for money, don’t make promises that you will see the customer outside and be sexual with him. If he asks you, be elusive by saying, you are embarrassing me…stop, with a flatter of your eyelashes. And change the topic. If you do promise him anything, he might tell your management, be a cop or actually hound you until you pay up…so be careful

The previous page was about safety in the club, this page is about Safety as You leave the Club.

Stripper Safety Tip 1.
Never leave with a customer. You do not really know who they are, you might be intoxicated and not be totally aware of your surroundings and some clubs will actually fire you if they see you leave with a customer. No matter what they promise you,do not leave with them….ever! Also never tell acustomer what time you finish…I just say…oh the club makes me stay and do paperwork, and I never kniow how long that takes!

Stripper Safety Tip 2.
Make sure you always have a phone on you….and that it is charged and has credits so you could make a phonecall in an emergency. Programme the police phone number as speed dial just in case you need it in a hurry.
Make sure you leave with someone. If you are walking to a car or a cab, try and get the bouncer to walk you (please tip him….your safety is priceless)

Stripper Safety Tip 3. When you are leaving look around and make sure that no one is watching you. You never know if someone may be following you, so make sure.

If you are driving home, Make sure that your car has gas in it, that it is in good working order. We leave work when most helpful people sleep, so do not be at mercy of anyone. Make sure you have your keys before you get to your car so that you are not fumbling.

Stripper Safety Tip 4.
Also if you are driving make sure you do not drink. You may feel like you are fine, but it can get very hard to judge, so be on the safe side and don’t drink at all.

Stripper Safety Tip 5
Don’t tell anyone how much money you have made. It is very easy to target girls outside of the strip club after work, be very careful. I tell the girls that I collect a cheque because it is safer….I don’t really but as people know I earn quite a lot, they don’t think I have it in cold hard cash

Stripper Safety Tip 6
If you are going to use a cab service, make sure you find a reputable one. Phone a couple in the day time and ask how long they have been there, how they check the safety of their drivers. Then stick to the same cab company and if possible driver every night so that you are safe. Do not trust any other cab service and if you can share a cab it is better and more safe.

1) long dresses
2) short dresses
3) bikinis
4) any stripper outfit

Make sure you find out before buying anything. If you can go to a shop and buy your outfit, that is the best as you can try it on, but if there isn’t a shop where you can buy these clothes where you are, order on the internet. Make sure you order from places that will accept a return. I have put people on the site that I know are good and do accept returns

When you find out what you can wear at the club, also find out what type of underwear/thong you will need as there are laws in certain places which restrict the kind of thong you can wear. Also find out if there is a minimum heel you will need.

When you do buy something which you like make sure it showcases your best feature. If you are a legs girl make sure you have a short dress or a long one with a very long split. If you have a great cleavage (lucky you!) then buy an outfit which emphasises your chest. Also buy something which makes you feel sexy, as your confidence will shine through

Make sure that you can remove it easily without having to fiddle too much. In fact before starting work, practice taking it off smoothly while moving. It will make you feel confident when you do it in from of the customer

Buy at least 2 garters. If you do not know what they are, go to a lingerie shop and ask for one, they will tell you what it is, or lookit up on the net. When you put it on wear it where you can see it and you are aware of it, usually your money will be attached to it. If you are allowed a purse try and get one which you feel comfortable holding and literally become part of your extended arm…you will want to keep hold of that purse for dear life.

If you are not allowed purses a great way to hold your money is on a garter. Fold it over your garter in half and put a rubber band around it. Make sure it is tight.

Stripper Looks Tips #2: Your Hair & Make Up

Make sure you buy make up that is of good quality, since you will be wearing it for hours, you don’t want to get spots. Buy the best foundation that matches your skin colour (or your tanned skin colour) the best.

Emphasis your best asset…whether that is your lips or your eyes. In fact experiment for a week with different looks and see what works best for you.

In a dark club you will need to put make up on darker than usual. Do not worry if in the changing room you look like a drag queen. Just check what it looks like in the club.

Make sure you take all your make up to the club asyou will need to touch up during the night, make sure you also take nail varnish and remover, tweezers and make up remover.

A lot of girls wear false lashes. This can look fantastic if you use the right leghnth. My advice on this is to experiment. Also practice wearing them before work as they can feel heavy and irritating on the eye if you are not used to them.

Make sure you get your nails and hair done before working. Your hair should look and smell great. Make sure that it looks like it has been done, not just like an ordinary girl- you need to look special

Do not wear any slippery lotion or oil that may get the pole slippery and cause accidents

Stripper Looks Tips #3: Your Shoes

Make sure you have asked the club what type of shoes you have to wear. If you don’t have to be particular, make sure you try on as many as you can. I personally look for ones with a strap and a 3-5 inch heel. Make sure you practice dancing around your house for hours before going to work.

I would also buy non slip pads to put on the bottom of these shoes so that when you dance on stage there are no embarrassing falls.

I don’t know where you are starting at, but if you need to lose weight, a lot of the girls I know who work in the clubs follow these weight loss secrets.

Stripper Diet Tip #1 – Measure Everything.
It is always a great idea to know where you are starting from.

So rather than weigh yourself, which really is not very accurate due to water retention and muscle weighing more than fat, it is a much better idea to measure yourself.

As you will be losing fat and gaining muscle you will be weighing more, but looking thinner

Stripper Diet Tip #2 - Have A Goal
Have a specific goal of how many inches you would like to lose and from where. Divide the overall goal into smaller goals and create rewards for yourself that you really want….make sure they are not food related.

Stripper Diet Tip #3- What Too Eat & Drink
Drink at least 2 litres of water, avoid tea / coffee or fizzy drinks. If you need to flavour it squeeze lemon into it. It is a really great idea to squeeze lemon into warm water in the morning as it helps detox your liver

Rather than reduce the amount of food you eat, replace it with healthier and low fat options (although stay away from food labelled as low fat food as they are more fattening then normal). Low fat options could mean carrot sticks with hummus rather than chips as a snack. Stick to natural food that your body can digest and use easily.

Eat food that is alkalising. If you have never heard of this, let me explain. Our blood in our body has a PH. This is a measure of acid/alkalinity. The ideal PH is 7.3 which is slightly alkaline. Anything below 7 is acid and above 7 alkaline. When we eat junk food it creates acid in out body, because acid is damaging to our body and the organs, our body cleverly retains fat to protect the vital organs. This is why someone who hardly eats can retain fat.
You can get some great Vegetable drinks(green drinks) that help keep you alkaline with least amount of effort.

Another reason that our body can retain fat even when less is eaten is because the body thinks it is going to starve so it starts conserving energy…so even if you are eating less, it uses less and your metabolism is slowed down.

You are now in a spiral with your body where even if you are eating the most tiniest amount your body has figured out a way to keep you going. The only way to get out of this is exercise more and start eating more but have it all natural. Your body will not think it is starving anymore and get back to burning up energy like it used to

Cut out as much sugar and saturated fat in your diet as possible. (I mean fried food, processed chips etc). If you have cravings for sweet things, chew gum or have some dried fruit – you really wont be able to eat that much of it and as it is natural your body will be able to digest it easier

Cut out whit bread, white rice, and potatoes. Replace them with rye bread, brown or wild rice and sweet potato or yams.

If you are a snacker like me, put tubs of cut carrots and other vegetables in the fridge so that they are ready when you have a snack craving. I love carrots and salsa dip.

Stripper Diet Tip #4 – Change Your Eating Habits
If you can try and have 5 small meals a day. It increases your metabolism and doesn’t make you crave for sugary things.

Try not to eat about 3 hours before going to sleep. This may be harder if you are working in a club and you come home starving. If that is the case make sure you plan a healthy meal/snack for yourself before you go to work, so that just out of convenience you will have it.

If you are a meat eater, try and stay away from red meat. Try and stick with grilled chicken, fish and loads of vegetables and salad.

It is a myth that all fat should be cut out. It is the saturated fat that should be cut out and not the essential fat found in things like, fish, avocados, seeds and nuts. In fact these fats help your body get rid of the bad fat in your body and help your brain function properly.

Stripper Diet Tip #5 – Get Enough Sleep
Make sure you sleep enough. It can be quite difficult in our profession to miss out on sleep as we sleep mostly during the day, and things are not as peaceful and quiet. Darken your room and make sure everyone knows not to disturb you. When you do not sleep enough, cortisol is released in your body and makes you crave junk food, and makes it virtually impossible to lose weight.

To also decrease the amount of cortisol, reduce the amount of stress in your life. Although stress cannot be reduced totally, you can reduce how much stress your body feels by your perception. So rather than see the world as stressful and annoying, focus on the great things in your life, like your heath, your friends and family etc you will feel like you are fine and not stressed all the time.

Ok girls, go get them! Remember the strippertipsblog moto :

“if you are willing to do for one year what others won’t, you can spend a lifetime doing what others can’t…”

If you are still sitting on the fence and want to know more on how to become a stripper then here are some things you can use to questions you can ask yourself if you want to give it a try -

1) Can you take rejection?

I know no one likes the thought of rejection and who really likes it? No one.

So why would anyone do a job where they are likely to get rejected? Well it is because they can learn how to not take it personally. Now I admit, I am a really sensitive person, and when I started I used to cry a lot. This was because I used to think the customers did not like me.

I soon realized that it was not me they were rejecting, after all how could they reject me? They don’t even know me? They either made a snap decision or it may have nothing to do with me. I have since become a lot more resilient to rejection. In fact I just brush it off and think of all the customers who really like me. So it does get easier

2) Do you enjoy talking to people?

In this job you will be talking ad listening, so it is vital you enjoy it. I am quite shy, and would never be the first person to strike up a conversation. I had to force myself to speak to people when I first started. It was because I was not very confident. As I forced myself to do speak to people ( almost like jumping into a swimming pool when you don’t know how deep it is!) I became more confident. I still get nervous before speaking to someone, but find it a lot easier.

3) Can you handle an irregular income?

Some nights you will earn nothing and others, hundreds or even thousands. You can never tell. I can tell you even though it is up and down, monthly or yearly it does even out if you are good. That is why I would learn how to make money, either by trial and error or from a professional like Jessica. So make sure you can handle the constant up and down and learn to look at the bigger picture.

4) Can you motivate yourself?

As a stripper, you can go into a club and sit there all night and not move. No one will say anything to you. That is why you need to be able to motivate yourself. This also does get easier.

If you can handle the above ( notice I did not say do, as you will learn a lot on the job) then you will be a great stripper. I look forward to eharing from you all.
